Building a family and its nest is a primordial undertaking - where we operate predominantly from the lower, the heart and below, chakras. (Aka ‘survival mode’.) Once these basics are in place, we are available to lift our energy back into the higher chakras, the heart and above, where life is more spirited and less physical.
