Sorry, I’m still in my pajamas
“Sorry, I’m still in my pajamas”, is no way to go about your day!!
And yet, it was the way I presented myself this week. My inner script was therefore jumbled, the content of my hours scrambled, and my human encounters a missed opportunity.
It is paramount to prepare in order to prevent poor performance.
At the VERY LEAST this means : face, hair, outfit (teeth, skin, nails). Outfit includes defendable footwear and an inventoried purse.
Often the above ‘very least’ is enough for a joyous sunrise to sunset. Diet and exercise need not be included, as with time, both will naturally follow. Let the presentation lead the way.

Eat whatever you like and get on with your life.
Be grateful to have food and choices. Be extra grateful if someone is willing to feed you. There is no such thing as a bad food. Stop taking yourself so seriously and for your soul's sake absolutely no dieting. Ever. Period.
Most importantly - Enjoy!!!!!
(That being said, also please be aware and educated on the current dangerous and dismal state of food affairs.)

Fat in the abdominal area, premature wrinkling - check and check. Quitting coffee as a regular user - also, check.
