In Standing poses:
1. Lift all ten toes.
2. Spread, FAN them out.
Is there (equal) space between each?
3. Place them back down -
One-toe-at-a-time, starting with the pinkie toes.

4. Add ‘variation on toes’ to (all of?) your Vajrasanas. ⚡️
